When we install your garage door, the security of the door itself is what’s most important, as garages can hold many expensive possessions. This is why we ensure all of our engineers are suitably trained, and that all of our systems are designed and specified with safety in mind. We will phone you 3 months after we’ve installed your garage door, to ensure you’re happy with the product.

All of our garage door installations come with a 12 month warranty as standard.

12 months after installation we will contact you to arrange your garage door service.

We provide an optional maintenance service for the life cycle of your garage door, where any additional call-outs are dealt with on the same day.

Optional maintenance package

Due to the unpredictable weather, materials used, and any electrics that may be involved, maintenance of your garage door is essential. We highly recommend this aftercare service.

Our optional maintenance package includes a health check every 12 months, and callouts at no extra charge. Because we work locally, our engineers attend any additional callouts on the same day.

FAQ

Should I repair or replace my garage door?

This is completely dependent on what needs replacing. For example, if only a spring or panel needs replacing, a repair will suffice. However, if multiple panels need replacing it might be time to think about a full replacement.

Can you buy one section of a garage door?

If your garage door is built by us, it is unlikely. As your door is bespoke and we’re able to get the best materials, you’ll be best off calling us so we can either source the spare for you, or if you’ve purchased our maintenance package spares are included in the price.

Can I install a garage door myself?

Yes, but we don’t advise this. It takes years of craftsmanship to be able to install a garage door effectively. Fitting it yourself can cause issues with leaks, and it is unlikely to last as long. We’re experts in our field and are qualified to fit secure doors, so although you may be able to fit it yourself, it’ll more than likely need replacing a lot sooner than you’d like.

Can you install a new garage door on old tracks?

It’s not advisable. Old tracks are one of the first things people notice and won’t match your new garage door. It is much better to install new tracks that match your new door. You also will save little money by keeping the old tracks so there isn’t really any benefit to it.
